ADR Assistance offers a support service that is tailored to each passenger's specific needs. These categories are defined according to international IATA standards and are listed below.
Passengers with different levels of motor disability
WCHR
People who cannot walk for long distances; can ascend and descend steps; autonomous on board the aircraft and for short distances
WCHS
People who cannot walk for long distances and cannot ascend and descend steps; autonomous on board the aircraft and for short distances
WCHC
People who are completely immobile and non-self-sufficient in need of total assistance
Passengers with sensory disabilities
BLND
Visually impaired or blind passengers
DEAF
Passengers with hearing disabilities
Passengers with hidden disabilities
DPNA
Passengers with intellectual and behavioural disabilities
Other hidden disabilities

Travelling by plane can be a challenging, yet special experience for autistic people. To ensure adequate and personalised assistance that meets the needs of individual autistic passengers, ADR Assistance supports their family and/or accompanying person in the preparation and preliminaries of air travel.
